The Miracle League at Roxbury Park is in receipt of an exceedingly generous grant from the Edith L. Trees Charitable Trust. The $500,000 award has tremendous impact toward the Phase I effort to bring baseball to those youth within the Cambria and Somerset County areas with disabilities. “We are humbled and honored to receive this most meaningful gift from the Trees Trust. They have long been significant in enhancing the lives of our special needs youth in Western Pennsylvania, and we are grateful to them for this leading support,” said Jeff Cramer, President of the League.
The Miracle League expects to start construction at Roxbury Park, Johnstown in 2026. Plans are underway for team recruitment and registrations for Fall of 2026 or Spring of 2027. All participants play for free.
